Refunds

Avante Salon & Spa does not offer refunds for services, hair extensions, and/or retail products. However, retail products can be exchanged or credited to your account within 30 days of the original purchase, provided they have been minimally used.

Discontinuation of Services

Avante Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse or terminate any client relationships at our discretion.

Children

Avante Salon & Spa respectfully requests that all children under the age of thirteen be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their appointment.

Adjustments & Gratification

At Avante Salon & Spa, your gratification is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your overall experience, please contact us within seven days of your original appointment date. Adjustments are unique and handled on a case-by-case basis. Avante Salon & Spa reserves the right to determine suitability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens unexpectedly, but we must request at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Without proper notification we are unable to recover that time which directly affects your service provider and clients on our waiting list.

Last minute cancellations may be charged 50% of the services scheduled. No Show appointments may be charged 100% of the services scheduled.

All chemical and spa appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card on file and have completed a client consent form.
