The Management and Staff of Avanté
Frank
Gruber created Avanté Salon in 1991 for the purpose of offering more
salon and spa services to clients at a higher professional level. At
Avanté we believe that our clients are extremely important to our
growth and continued success. Our salon prides itself on the quality of
workmanship constructed by the staff, which is complemented by the warm
and friendly atmosphere that greets each client.
Frank
Gruber, President of Avanté Salon and Spa has been in the industry for
more than 24 years, as a hairdresser for 21 years, and a salon owner
for 21 years. He also owns The Klip Joint a unique Victorian Salon in
downtown West Chester, Pa., and is a partner in Euphoria Salon and Spa
in Nottingham Pa. His desire is to create opportunities for people to
grow and achieve through the beauty industry. He was an original board
member of The Salon Association and has been consulting in the industry
since 1993.
We
will grow our business by exceeding our customers' expectations in
providing superior customer service, high quality products, and a wide
variety of salon and spa services.By rewarding customers for their
loyalty and by valuing our employees, we will fulfill our goal of
remaining the premier salon in the Chester County area.
To
generate profitable growth by packaging and selling beauty services and
related premium products to our customers in a way that will benefit
the customer's sense of "well-being", so that they will want to return
to experience all of Avanté's salon and spa services.
